Starting with the conclusion: here’s how we selected these Chungbuk implant dentistry clinics
To narrow down the dental clinics in the Cheongju area of Chungbuk that had a high number of implant consultation and procedure reviews, we crawled and analyzed 1,377 Naver Place visitor reviews and 4,735 KakaoMap reviews. The average KakaoMap rating of the five clinics selected as a result was 4.6 stars. Among them, the clinic with the highest number of reviews was 서울좋은치과병원 청주, which recorded 1,426 Kakao reviews, while in terms of rating, 에이라인치과병원 ranked highest with a Kakao score of 4.9. The most active clinic on Naver was 바위치과의원 청주본점, which had 1,377 reviews; it was also the only one of the five clinics in this analysis with a three-digit Naver review count. When choosing a treatment such as implants, which requires long-term care, it is more important to look not just at the star rating, but also at the number of reviews, whether specialists are on staff, and what real users actually said.
How we analyzed it: disclosure of the data collection method
This analysis was conducted by collecting 1,377 Naver Place visitor reviews and 4,735 KakaoMap reviews, then cross-checking specialist information registered with the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA). We organized each clinic’s rating, number of reviews, consultation hours, convenience facilities, and specialist staffing status in a table, then reviewed recently posted actual review text to see whether implants or regular checkups were mentioned. However, for some clinics, the number of specialists could not be confirmed from HIRA’s public data, so they were marked as “information unavailable.” This may reflect limitations in the published data rather than any difference in the clinic’s treatment capabilities. Review quotations were reproduced exactly as written, and the reviewer nickname and date were included to improve transparency.
